First Thursday in the month to meet in Ottakars Bookshop, Falkland Square, Poole, Dorset in the cafe at the back of the shop. Free to come along. First Thursday sessions will be to meet up and work on poetry and there will be a quarterly pamphlet publication and launch reading tagged on at the end of the session 5:30 to 7pm.

We will hold a meeting once a month and publish booklets and the occasional anthology, and perform live if any of the group would like to.

There is pressure whatsoever to write or perform - the purpose of the group is to support survivors of mental distress of any kind through their writing and to offer writing opportunities to the group. We would also like to play a part in raising awareness about mental distress at all levels from work stress to mental illness through our performances and our writing.
